There is no registration fees
E-Certificate will be provided to all the participants Winners will get Trophy, Certificate,and Medal by courier.
The submissions (language) can be in either English or Hindi or Kannada or Telugu or Malayalam or Tamil
Age Categories – Under 7 years, 7 to 12 Years, 13 to 18 Years, 19 to 22 Years (winners will be in all age categories)

Rules & Regulations
Any 2 asanas, should be recorded in video form (MP4), Video length should be 1 Minute.Size should be 25 MB
Participants should tell the name of the asana and the benefit
Reels to be made in Portrait mode
Winners will be announced on 28th June 2024 at 6 pm on the www.christcollegemalur.comAny Reel received after June 24th 2024, 11:59 PM, will not be considered for the Competition
